This site can’t be reached — ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR when running ASP.NET project [duplicate]

when I run my .net MVC project, the following error message show on the browser: "This site can’t be reached."The webpage at https://localhost:44382/weatherforecast might be temporarily down, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR". but the project runs normally as well as it previously did. I have tried on several browsers like Edge, Brave, and Firefox. but it shows the same error as shown on Chrome. I've already tried some methods, like disabling the experimental QUIC protocol on Chrome. Recreate dev certificate: by "dotnet dev-certs https --cleandotnet dev-certs https --trust", cleared the browser caching, etc.
