I'm getting an error on my website that reads:
"Your connection to this site is not secure".
When I click on "Not Secure" text in the browser, the "Certificate Viewer" says:
Common Name (CN): Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2
Validity PeriodIssued On Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 5:14:46 PMExpires On Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 7:26:03 PM
Today is October 12, 2025, so it appears the SSL expired.
My question is, how do I renew it?
It appears I have 4 domains. 1 is hosted in GoDaddy and the other 3 are hosted in Squarespace.
- 3 of the 4 domains redirect to a domain in Squarespace.
Where do I go to renew it? I've read the docs for both and it only shows how to get there, not show to renew.
In GoDaddy, when I go to the "SSL Certificate", nothing comes up for that domain.-I guess that domain doesn't have an SSL Cert because its just redirecting?
In Squarespace I go to SSL under Developer Tools, and I get an error:
"SSL certificates aren't currently available for the domains below. If it's been longer than 48 hours, there could be an issue with these domains"
There isn't really any troubleshooting steps other than to wait 48 hours.
