WMTS GetMap Request

I need to download the picture of a map from this https://geoservices.bayern.de/od/wms/dop/v1/dop20?

I have used the following request, but the returned picture is blanc.

https://geoservices.bayern.de/od/wms/dop/v1/dop20? SERVICE=WMS &VERSION=1.3.0 &REQUEST=GetMap &LAYERS=by_dop20c &STYLES= &SRS=EPSG:25832 &BBOX=8.957652,47.162544,8.96,47.2 &WIDTH=2400 &HEIGHT=1300  &FORMAT=image/png

I tried to change the version and made sure that the BBOX paramters are inside of the stated max and min values.
