how to authorize get request with bearer token?

I am trying to use Transferwise api.

GET https://api.sandbox.transferwise.tech/v1/ratesmy token is efdc55d1-3e58-4223-8d8e-402fe189a88d

i get this error message over and over again :

I use Insomnia and Postman.How I can get information from that link? sorry I started working with apis today and maybe my question is bad.
